This week we looked at Mark 14:43-65, the arrest and trial of Jesus, focusing on two main points:
1. Chaos and yet the scriptures will be fulfilled
2. Corruption and yet Jesus says 'I am the Christ and you will see me’
What a relevant message within the chaos and corruption of our world.
This week Sam Peilow took us through Mark 14:27-42, looking at how Jesus knows us all perfectly but still chooses to die for us, so we should look to him for forgiveness and fellowship.
This week, Simon Oatridge took us through Mark 14:12-26, the Last Supper, looking at a perfectly prepared meal, a brutal betrayal and a meal of give and take.
