Rompers is our well-established Baby and Toddler Group that has been running for 27 years. We welcome children from birth to 5 years old, and their parents, grandparents or carers.
The group meets every Tuesday during term time from 10:00 am - 12:00 pm. At 11:30 am we enjoy a few songs, singing and playing with musical instruments, making all the loud noises we can muster!
We always have a variety of toys and resources out. Refreshments are available for both adults and children including tea, squash and biscuits. There's plenty of opportunity for great conversations and many people have developed lifelong friendships.
We ask for a donation of £3 to cover the costs of snacks, utilities etc. but don't want that to be a barrier to anyone.
We meet in the church building, entry is through a side door where there is space for buggies. There is plenty of parking available on the road, find out more about parking and how to find us here.

Here's what people have to say about Rompers:
My grandchildren and I have been privileged to have attended Rompers on and off over the last ten years. Wonderful time for parents, grandparents and the children. We share and exchange ideas and learning experiences within the warmth of the very special team who run Rompers. The welcome and friendly approach is amazing. The babies and toddlers have each enjoyed the time shared together in this wonderful setting of St Paul’s Church.
A big thank you again to all who put in the hard work to make our Tuesday mornings very special.

As a new mum in Hadley Wood, Rompers was a wonderfully calm and friendly place I could take my little ones and meet other local families. I can sit with a cup of tea whilst my children are happy playing - win! 🥳

Rompers is excellent and I can highly recommend. I am a children’s nanny and since starting work in Hadley Wood (nearly 3 years ago) have been taking the little girl I look after. It is extremely well run, clean and friendly.
